I help adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress to process difficult emotions and past experiences that may be stuck in their brains or their bodies.

I work with clients to understand the root of their symptoms and how the past impacted them so that they can regulate their nervous system, improve their self-worth, and get out of that survival state and into the present moment.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and am passionate about working with veterans and first responders.

Brainspotting let's you work with both your mind and your body. Brainspotting therapy can allow you to reprocess difficult emotions and physical sensations that get stuck in your body, reduce triggers, and reprocess traumatic events and past experiences.
